CURRENCY
All prices listed on the sweetblooms website are in New Zealand Dollars.

GST
Sweetblooms is not registered for GST.

APPEARANCE
Each and every arrangement is handmade and it is for this reason not every arrangement can be exactly like the photo shown, we will however make every effort to keep it alike. The amount of chocolates used and value of the arrangement will not alter. If we need to alter the arrangement for any reason we will replace it with another item of similar appearance with equal or greater value of money.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Changes to an order that has already been placed will depend on what stage your order is at. Please contact us ASAP to discuss your changes and we will be able to advice you if it is at all possible, we will at all times try our best.

CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to cancel an order that has already left our premises. Custom made orders can not be cancelled, but they can be postponed.
Should you need to cancel an order and have given us sufficient prior notice we are able to refund your money less a $5 administrative fee. Cancelling an order and giving us less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Unfortunately once our bouquets leave our premises we have little control over them. Our couriers are trusting and reliable but in the rare event that an arrangement gets damaged whilst in transit, please contact us ASAP so we can investigate with the couriers and arrange for a replacement delivery. Any damages must be reported by the next day after delivery. We will also require the damaged arrangement to be given back to the courier on the arrival of the replacement.
