Sweetblooms delivers Monday to Saturday.

Next business day nationwide orders need to be placed by 12PM for the next day delivery schedule to apply.

Any orders received after 12PM will be dispatched the following day for delivery the day after that.

Same Day Deliveries: Apply only within the greater Wellington area and need to be received by 12PM midday. If the order is received after 12PM midday the next business day delivery schedule would apply.

Friday Orders: Unless a Saturday delivery is specified orders received before 12PM Friday will be dispatched and delivered the next business day ie Monday morning. Orders received after 12PM Friday will be dispatched the following business day ie Monday and delivered on the Tuesday.

Saturday Deliveries: On the check out delivery screen Saturday delivery needs to be chosen. Saturday delivery's carry a surcharge of $6.00. Saturday delivery is available throughout most of the main centre's of New Zealand. Please contact Sweetblooms if you are unsure if the area you want to send to is covered on a Saturday.

Hospital Deliveries: All of the above delivery conditions apply for hospital deliveries. If there is a chance that the recipient will be discharged from hospital we recommend that you request delivery to their home. If the recipient is discharged on the scheduled day for delivery a re-direction fee to their home may be charged to you. Please provide full name and ward details, if possible of the recipient in hospital.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on Sundays or on public holidays. Orders received over these times will be processed the next business day.

We use a nationwide reputable courier company who will make every effort to ensure delivery of your gift arrives on the nominated delivery day. On occasions delays outside of our control can occur, we will do everything we can to resolve any problems that may occur, although we can not take full responsibility for these.

Please try to ensure that the recipient is at home or work the day the delivery will be sent. If there is no one there to receive the gift, the courier company will endeavour to leave the delivery at the nominated address in a shaded area by the front door. However Sweetblooms will not be responsible for any damage or loss to a gift that has had to be left unattended.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a delivery time on the day of delivery. We recommend that if the order is over a peak time such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day or Valentines' the order is placed at least 3 days in advance to ensure the order can be met for complete satisfaction.


Payment

Sweetblooms utilises the services of PayPal secure online payment service. Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express your PayPal account or direct debit. Please e-mail or call us on 021 345 102 for direct debit details.
